Privacy Policy

GenRelay ("GenRelay", "we", "us") operates the API platform at genrelay.ai. GenRelay is an independently operated service. This Privacy Policy explains what information we handle when you use our website, dashboard, and API, and how we protect it.

1. Who we are

GenRelay is a unified AI API gateway that routes your requests to 40+ upstream AI providers behind a single interface. The service is operated by an individual. For any privacy question, contact yubo100001@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Account data: your email address, a securely hashed password, and — if you sign in with a third party (Google, GitHub, etc.) — the identifier that provider returns.
  • Usage & billing metadata: the model you called, token/credit counts, cost, status, and timestamps. We keep this to meter usage and bill correctly.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser/user-agent, and similar request metadata, used for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

3. Your prompts and generated content

We designed the service to hold as little of your content as possible. We do not store the bodies of your prompts or the media/text they generate as part of our normal operation. Your request is relayed to the upstream AI provider needed to fulfil it, the response is returned to you, and it is not retained by us beyond the transient processing required to deliver it. We do not use your prompts or outputs to train any model.

4. Upstream AI providers (subprocessors)

To fulfil a request we transmit it to the provider you selected — for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure, AWS, and other model vendors. Each provider processes that data under its own privacy policy and terms. You are responsible for choosing providers whose policies fit your needs.

5. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences (such as language and theme). We do not use advertising cookies.

6. How long we keep data

  • Account data: for as long as your account exists.
  • Usage & billing metadata: retained as needed for billing, accounting, and legal obligations.
  • Prompt/output bodies: not retained (see section 3).

7. Your rights

You can access and update your account information from the dashboard, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing yubo100001@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, correction, erasure, portability, objection); we honour valid requests.

8. Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and other measures described on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. International transfers

Because upstream providers operate globally, your requests may be processed on servers outside your country.

10. Children

The service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
