Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GenRelay platform at genrelay.ai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
GenRelay is a unified API gateway that routes your requests to 40+ upstream AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others) through a single API and dashboard. GenRelay is operated by an individual.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and API keys secret, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Credits & billing
The Service is prepaid: you purchase credits that are consumed as you make requests, at the per-model prices shown in the dashboard. Prices and model availability may change. Except where required by law, purchased credits are non-refundable. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- break any law or infringe anyone's rights (including IP, privacy, and publicity rights);
- generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or that sexualizes minors;
- abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service's limits or security;
- violate the terms or usage policies of any upstream AI provider your request is routed to.
We may set rate limits and may suspend requests that appear abusive.
5. Your content and outputs
You retain rights to the inputs you submit and, as between you and us, to the outputs generated for you — subject to the terms of the upstream provider that produced them. You are solely responsible for your inputs and for how you use the outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, offensive, or unsuitable; verify anything you rely on.
6. Third-party providers
Outputs are generated by upstream AI models we do not control. We do not warrant the accuracy, legality, or fitness of any output, and your use of each provider is also governed by that provider's terms.
7. Our intellectual property
The Service — including the software, interface, and branding — is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms; nothing here transfers ownership of the platform to you.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or liability. You may stop using the Service at any time.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Hong Kong SAR will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory law where you live provides otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
